arm injury?
i overused my arm, and my dminant arm is really weak now. i play basketball and im serious about this its been 2 and a half month since i got this injury. massage therapist said i also have damaged tissue around right back of my back. so that is why it was causing the weakness on my dominant arm. cuz the blood really didnt flow back to my arm very well. i also kept playing video games since i got this injury. but no bball. im soo frustrated, beacuse its still not healed yet. massage therapist said “its not a serious injury, dont worry about it”.im just wondering if im gonna get 100% strength back. like do these kind of injuries fully heal?? (ive never expierenced any severe pain”.
im not 25 years old im 15 lol…ill tell u that my left arm is stronger than my dominant arm.
Since you don’t say how old you are, I will assume you are under 25 years old. Some injuries like this take a long time to heal. Using that arm for repetitive things like video games or playing on the computer all day with that same dominant arm could cause further damage or at least keep the original injury from healing as quickly as possible. I assume you did see your regular doctor when the injury happened. If not, go now to see what he/she has to suggest. The weakness is a concern!
