extreme back pain in pregnancy?
hey guys i really need help i had 8 months physio before i fell pregnant for all over back pain. im still receiving this care but its not helping. i work in a call centre for 9 hrs a day. i have a special chair, have tried cushions, take paracetimol, walk about every 40 mins of so and stretch. today i have had pain in the middle of my back and from the top of my right shoulder, right through my ribs and down to my hip. massage doesnt work either, its bringing me to tears. it feels so strained and night and my lower back feels bruised. i dont know how im going to cope if this keeps up. any suggestions? thanks in advanced!
ps first pregnancy!
im 24 weeks, sorry throught i had put that in originally lol! its constant pain, ive tried swimming which worked at the start but not now, i have appt for docs but not until next week and i cant afford time off work.
You poor thing! Have you tried an osteopath? I had 15 years of agonising shoulder pain and tried every damn thing until someone suggested osteopathy…it worked. Your muscles and tendons stretch during pregnancy…I had complete pain relief whilst i was pregnant…but hon, something’s not right – get yourself to an osteopath o at least a doctor…you can’t suffer like that!
