share a home made remedy with me for beautification purpose.. to benefit all
hair/nails/weight/face/skin…
mine is
beat egg/olive oil/lime juice.. massage it into ur hair ..leave it for 15 mins.. and wash off.. get a good shiny strong hair and prevents hair from falling.
Mine are hair ~ if you can’t afford an organic shampoo/conditioner (that would be me) then when you have finished shampooing / conditioning your hair with your regular products simply put 2 inches of white vinegar into the bottom of an empty 2 litre bottle and fill with warm water ………… close your eyes tight (or it will burn them) and pour the contents of the container slowly over your hair ………. this will remove the chemical residue left on your hair by commercial products and leave it shining lustrous and glossy ……….. rinse thoroughly afterwards and dry as normal.
Nails Hair face & skin ~ drink at least 8 glasses of fresh filtered water daily and hydrate your body properly …… avoid sodas, pop and soft drinks….. also alcohol and cut right back on coffee and tea as they are all terribly dehydrating and will deplete you of essential hair skin and nail nutrients ……….. hair needs plenty of water to grow…… heck, your body needs at least 2 litres daily just to maintain aspiration (to breathe) ……… so drink up and notice the difference in skin health, nail and hair growth, energy.
weight ~ avoid processed sugar and packaged foods and eat food as freshly and in as close to its natural state as possible………. it’s downright scary what they put in packaged food these days………. and drink loads of water ….. often times we are actually thirsty but ignore our bodies call for water ……. sooner rather than later when we ignore the call for water our brains tell us we’re hungry and we chow down instead of drinking water …….. ;0)
