Which internal organs of the body can be beneficially massaged through the skin? Please list with benefits?
Therapeutic massage of the skin, fascea, muscles and bones has benefits not only for those parts but indirectly for the whole body (respiration, circulation, nervous and lymph system etc); but I want to know
(A) Which other organs can you reach physically and specifically massage to keep them healthy?
